How do I get a new password?

      • Go to Zinzino's home page
      • Click on sign in and "forgot your password?"
      • Type your customer ID and click send
      • We will send you a link, which is valid for 30 minutes.
      • Click the link, and choose your new password.

      • Sign into your personal page at Zinzino.com
      • Click on user information
      • Follow the instructions to change your password
      • Click on change password to save
