How Do I Receive A New Password?
- Go to Zinzino's home page
- Click on sign in and "forgot your password?"
- Type your customer ID and click send
- We will send you a link via email, it is valid for 30 minutes.
- Click the link, and choose your new password.
You can change your password on your Zinzino homepage:
- Sign into your personal page at Zinzino.com
- Click on user information
- Follow the instructions to change your password
- Click on change password to save
