Of today, Dec 26th I’ve not gotten any results!
How do I know you received my test???
I’m already being charged for my subscription being mailed out again and I don’t know my last results! Please help!
According to our Balance Team, sometimes our tests may take up to 45 days if it must to go out of the lab to be analysed manually due to various reasons.
Please refer to the email sent to you and provide us with the details in order for our further checking.
We would be grateful if you could provide us with the following and email to support.au@zinzino.com so that we can assist you further.
Please refer to the email form customer service (support.au@zinzino.com) for the estimated timeframe for the BalanceTest results.
Please note that the 20 to 30-day analysis timeframe begins once the test sample reaches VITAS Laboratory.
According to the estimated schedule provided in the email, your BalanceTest is expected to arrive at VITAS on Friday, 30 May.
The laboratory typically takes 15 to 30 days to analyze your blood sample. In some cases, if the sample quality is lower, manual analysis may be required, which could extend the processing time.
We recommend checking your results again after 2 weeks for the most accurate update.
