How do I update my credit card details as a Customer?

There are various ways to update your card details for your subscription.
Choose one of following:

1) Update via Subscription

• Sign in to your personal account
• Go to Subscription and scroll to Payment Metods
• Click on Change, choose Card payment, and then follow the payment instructions
• A new order will be created and 0.10 € will be charged on your new credit card.
  
  When you have followed these instructions, your credit card is up-to-date for your subscription.

2) Update via open order
If you have an open order (unpaid order), you can update your card information and pay the order at the same time, by following these instructions:

• Sign in to your personal account
• Go to Orders
• Click on Pay
• Mark save on Auto Order
• Click on Pay 
• Choose Card Payment and give card details
• Double check that you have chosen payment method AutoOrder/Subscription to be Card Payment (the first one)

3) Update via new order
If you want to order a product in the webshop, you can also update your credit card information when paying for your order, by following these instructions:

• Sign in to your personal account
• Go to Shop, choose Products, and then Go to checkout
• Choose Use card payment
• Coose payment method AutoOrder/Subscription to be Card Payment (the first one)
• Click on Place your order and follow the payment instructions
  
  When you have followed these instructions, your new order is paid for and your credit card is up-to-date for your subscription.
