When will my delivery arrive?

Subscription
Your start order is delivered to you right after it is paid.
Thereafter, you pay for your subscription every month but get a double delivery of products every other month.

All orders will be delivered within 4-10 business days after Zinzino has received the payment.

Single order
A single order will be delivered within 4-10 business days after Zinzino has received the payment.

  • My orders and payments were 5.11.2024 and  5.12.2024  to date I have not received  nor been able to track as on my account it is showing as in progress now if there is a problem I think it is time I was notified as to what the problem is if it is flavour that is not important to me as both are nice I will not receive my order now until the New  Year I will run out of product in the middle of my second two months of my treatment not good business

    Yes, we have change the 2x BalanceOil+ Lemon to 2x BalanceOil+ Orange Lemon Mint. Also, had requested the logistic team to expedite the delivery for your order. We will email you with the tracking number once it is ready to ship.

  • it is now the 21.12.2024 but no change in my order in my account still in progress, it looks as though I will not get the product before the new year I am out of the product and had to stop the recovery of bad health to good health. I am very disappointed with the delivery service I cannot understand why an email could not be sent to me telling me that lemon was not available, and the flavour could have be changed immediately

    Sorry for the delay due to Lemon flavour is out of stock. We have swap the oil flavour to Orange Lemon Mint. Pleae refer to our email for the tracking number.

  • On September 13th, 2025, a payment was taken from my account for my subscription. However, I have been unable to log in to my account to track my shipment, as the system keeps preventing me from accessing it.
    It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my BalanceOil+ Lemon (300 ml) order.

    Our delivery flow works in the following way:

    Ordering and payment of your start package - delivery as soon as the payment reached Zinzino.
    Monthly invoice 1: Debit, not delivery
    Monthly invoice 2: Debit and delivery of products from monthly payments 1 and 2
    Monthly invoice 3: Debit, not delivery
    Monthly invoice 4: Debit and delivery of products from monthly payments 3 and 4

    And so on...

    You will get your delivery after your next payment.
