Where can I find Omega-3 in food?

Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) are mainly found in oily fish, such as sardines, mackerel, anchovis, salmon, etc.
There are also plant sources of Omega-3, such as Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) found in some vegetable oils.
Our bodies can make EPA and DHA from ALA, but this process is very limited and inefficient. It is hardly possible to achieve the recommended Omega-6:3 Balance through a strictly vegetarian diet.
The easy way to achieving high EPA and DHA levels is through the use of Zinzino Balance products.
