How can I pause my subscription?

To pause your subscription, please contact our Customer Service, and they will help you.

You can pause your subscription for maximum 2 invoices at a time under your bounding agreement.

  • Please cancel my subscription as I will purchase as I need it. You should also have a place on your website to be able to alter subscription or cancel. Looks like you're trying to make it hard to get out.
    Also what is the bounding agreement???

    Please be informed that all premier customers are able to view the terms and conditions when checking out for the premier kits. Also, your subscription has been canceled on the 20th of June. You may refer to the terms and conditions as attached.
